Liven is people-focused and while our Senior Management Team below are essential to our operations, we pride ourselves on the strength of our entire team, be it in Design, Estimating, Coordination or Accounts.
With over 12 years in the construction industry, namely finishing trades and with varied experience from commercial aspects to on-site project and contracts management, Ben is able to understand the needs of our clients and our business alike. Building a strong diverse and experienced team has been a goal of Ben’s since the business was formed in 2017. Collaborating with the team and taking a hands-on approach, Ben is passionately driven to deliver for our clients using the skill of our in-house team. Ben is supported by his fellow directors and their business growth experience, spanning Engineering, Legal and Financial sectors. This, coupled with Ben’s understanding of the construction industry, means the future is bright for Liven Group.
Lizzie has worked in every role in the company, understanding all aspects of our business she is able to problem solve and support any key task or team member. Progressing to senior management in order to lead Liven Group forward, Lizzie is the driving force behind our daily operations and championing our people. With a vast range of personal interests including travel, cycling and skiing, Lizzie maintains her all-action approach in her professional and personal life.
Colin, as one of our Senior Project Managers, brings over 30 years of experience in the industry. Leading from the front with an open and honest approach towards project management, he has diverse experience in student accommodation, kitchen packages and education packages. There is no problem Colin cannot resolve or success he won’t toast with our clients. Colin is a keen football man coaching his children’s youth teams and being an avid Liverpool supporter.
Miles Dexter joined our team in 2017, keen to rejoin a group working environment after working in his own design studio for many years. An impressive history in interior design and product design and having followed his passion around the world, Miles has both the skillset and experience to support the in house design team. A proud Manchester City fan with a love for philosophical thoughts of the week on his email signature. Rarely fazed, calm and methodical, any design project with Liven will have passed his scrupulous eye for detail.
Our Pre-construction team is led by Brian, who as well as a proud Northerner and rugby fan, is vastly skilled in contract negotiation and products alike. Brian is keen to speak to any client or contractor who is interested in working with Liven Group. Any specification or concept you can imagine, we can deliver. Brian and his vast understanding of the industry can assist to bring any idea or project to life.
Project Management Team
Our Project Managers are a unique asset to our company, bringing together decades of industry experience. Liven’s focus is on collaboration with our clients; open communication leading to timely delivery. Our Project Managers lead this approach and offer our clients a dedicated go to contact for all their project needs. Supported by the project coordination team, we can resolve any logistics, install or product issue. We also pride ourselves on maintaining involvement in schemes throughout their legacy, operating a strong aftercare service.
A key part of our Project Management process is our Design Management including the production of working drawings and concepts which developed to each individual brief. We bring together a team of experienced creative individuals who work with our Pre-construction team to craft concepts which are unique to each project and client need. We take great pride in our design capabilities as part of our process at Liven Group. Our Design team and Project Managers work closely together to ensure our designs, products and install processes are always fit for purpose and bang on brief.
Liven Group’s Estimating and Pre-construction team are on-hand to ensure any project from early design concept stage to final tender are commercially viable and remain on-budget for our clients. Our estimating team have experience of on-site working and detailed tender packages, ensuring that all scopes of work are catered for. A core principle of Liven Group is early collaboration of our internal teams, as well as with clients and other suppliers, working together we ensure commercial viability of projects before they go live.
