Across all projects our strength is our project teams, directly employed and invested in both our business and your projects. That’s why at project initiation you will be assigned a dedicated in-house Liven Project Manager who will be there to support you with all your project needs. The same dedicated person on the end of the phone whenever you need. We will work with you, not just for you.
With experience of delivering over 20,000 student rooms our team know what is required to deliver these tough but rewarding projects. We work with developers and contractors alike and are leaders in this sector with communication and collaboration at the heart of the delivery of these often complex projects.
We can cater for full FF&E fit out, including Kitchens within Aparthotels, right down to Operating Supplies & Equipment (OS&E) packages. We ensure an exceptional delivery through our collaborative style with large chain clients or boutique hotels alike.
Utilising our supply chain to create bespoke project specifications for clients, our team is able to directly manage the supply and install of Kitchens across Build to Rent (BTR) Residential and Social Housing Schemes.
